- Citizens will learn to use the APPs and Call Centers of GHMC , Water Works and Electricity Departments to get time bound services for garbage disposal, mosquito control, repair of potholes, proper water and electricity services along with quick repairs of damaged water and sewerage lines etc. that can make for a clean and healthy environment.
- Citizens will be oriented to get their birth and death certificates, building, business and other permission through online systems that will ensure time bound results and eliminate corruption.
- Use of App or Call Center by one citizen for any of the civic services can benefit at least 50 houses in the neighborhood and citizens will realise social usefulness of their actions and become more active and responsible.

Past Achievements
COVA Peace Network in partnership with over 300 community organisations, Resident Welfare Associations, NGOs, Faith Groups, Schools, Colleges and Business Establishments had launched the Citizens Entitlements Campaign on 26th January 2018 with donations of Rs. 3 Lakhs!
Within a period of 2 months the Campaign could reach over 2 lakh citizens of Hyderabad and GHMC reported an increase of 46.7% in the download of it’s APP during the Campaign!
